Master Data Coordinator - SAP

Main tasks  SAP Key User for the Master Data Management  Collection and administration of database  Updates and changes of database (status, inventory, stock)  Create texts for catalogues and maintenance  Controls and checks for ‘mistakes’ of any data in the system  Conducts initial investigation and provides fix/workarounds for SAP issues/incidents raised by key users across all departments  Coordinates with SAP project team/support for all SAP related enhancements and implementations as well as user training  Ensure safekeeping of receiving documents for the IT company properties like laptop issued to employees  Assist for month end reports requirements  Conducts inventory count for tablet, computers and etcs.  Coordinates with IS support for all IT related changes (like computer configuration), implementations, and issue related fixes needed. Responsibilities  Responsible for the processes of the Master Data Management in SAP  Responsible for the technical implementation of the standardized article stock list  Interface to the departments of Marketing and Product Management  Acts as a central helpdesk for all SAP and IT related concerns Profile  SAP knowledge and with manufacturing field experience  Knows Basic Concepts of Manufacturing Business Processes
