Role Overview
The Marketing Enablement and Data Analytics role strengthens the regional marketing organisation through disciplined performance measurement, financial tracking, technology adoption, and vendor/contract management. This role partners closely
with Brand, Digital, Finance, Procurement to drive operational efficiency, support brand research programs, and ensure seamless rollout of new AI enabled tools and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. KPI Tracking & Performance Measurement
1.1. Own the marketing KPI definition framework across social, paid media, web performance, and brand health metrics.
1.2. Maintain consistent reporting structures and dashboards used for monthly business reviews.
1.3. Work in close partnership with the Digital Marketing team to define, refine, and align performance metrics across paid media, social, web analytics, and brand health.
2. Financial Operations & Budget Management
2.1. Maintain marketing budget trackers, and quarterly forecast.
2.2. Report month by month YTD spend vs. budget, highlighting variances, risks, and opportunities.
2.3. Coordinate with Finance on accruals, and reconciliation.
3. Technology & GenAI Enablement
3.1. Support rollout and adoption of new marketing technologies, including GenAI tools, automation workflows, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
3.2. Assist with onboarding materials, training sessions, usage tracking, and documentation.
3.3. Liaise between tool owners, marketing teams, and vendors to resolve issues or optimize tool usage.
4. Vendor & Contract Management
4.1. Maintain a centralized repository of vendor NDAs, contracts, and renewal schedules.
4.2. Track contract statuses, expiry dates, and documentation completeness.
4.3. Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, and vendors to ensure proper filing and compliance.
5. Brand Research Project Management
5.1. Provide project management support for brand/ campaign research including Brand equity tracking, Brand lift, Campaign effectiveness, etc.
5.2.Coordinate timelines, milestones, deliverables, and research logistics with internal stakeholders and external partners.
5.3. Support synthesis and packaging of research insights for regional consumption.
6. Qualifications Required
6.1. 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, research coordination, or project management.
6.2. Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets and budget performance reporting.
6.3.Understanding of marketing KPIs and performance tracking methodologies.
6.4. Experience working with cross functional teams and external vendors.
6.5. High level of accuracy, organizational discipline, and documentation rigor.
7. Preferred
7.1. Experience with GenAI and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) tools.
7.2. Exposure to brand research methodologies and working with research agencies.
7.3. Experience with contract management or procurement workflows.
