Requirements • 3-4+ years’ experience in a marketing generalist role (ideally in B2B subscriptions, media, tech or startup), • Hands-on experience running campaigns and managing social channels, • Good copywriting skills, and an eye for detail, • Basic design skills in Canva and/or Figma to create simple, polished assets quickly, • Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards, • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a bias toward action, • Confident working with data and marketing tools (HubSpot experience a big plus), • Adaptable, proactive, and energised by solving problems and figuring things out, • Curious, proactive and eager to learn new skills What the job involves • Campaigns & Growth, • Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid, website), • Build and schedule campaign assets, landing pages and emails, • Collaborate with editorial, product, commercial and events teams to support key launches and growth initiatives, • Own campaign performance end-to-end, from audience targeting through to reporting and insights, • Social Media & Content, • Manage Sifted’s core social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter,) with a focus on brand, engagement and reach, • Produce high-quality content (copy, visuals, short-form assets) that amplify Sifted’s journalism and products, • Monitor engagement and spot opportunities to grow reach and relevance, • Marketing Operations, • Keep our marketing tools, templates and workflows organised and efficient, • Support data hygiene and reporting within HubSpot, • Help maintain consistent brand and messaging across channels, • Project & Stakeholder Management, • Work closely with editorial, product, commercial and events teams on launches and campaigns, • Support cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring they run smoothly, on time and to a high standard, • Assist with ad hoc marketing tasks and special projects that contribute to business growth, • Bring ideas, solve problems and help improve how we execute as a team
