Our client is a high-growth AI technology companyheadquartered in Asia, specialising in voice and speech analytics forhealthcare and enterprise use. The company has developed proprietary AI modelstrained on hundreds of thousands of voice data points, supportingdeployment across 10+ markets.
The organisation works with public institutions, researchbodies, and enterprise partners, delivering AI-driven solutions that support risk detection, monitoring, and decision-making. With a lean team of 50+ professionals, the company maintains a strong focus on research, data security, and scalable product innovation within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Work Location: Central
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Be in tune with consumers (B2C) on the ground toconduct market and user research through customer interviews, surveys, and dataanalysis to identify user needs across different regions and cultures.
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle activities,including market research, requirements analysis, product planning,development, testing, launch, and ongoing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams(engineering, data, design, marketing, and operations), developing strongcommunication and coordination skills across diverse cultural and regionalcontexts.
• Assist in product planning and development,contributing to product design discussions, technical architecture alignment,and quality assurance processes.
• Collect, analyse, and synthesise user feedbackand product data to support continuous improvement and iteration.
• Support product marketing initiatives and usertraining efforts to enhance adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to international product strategy andbusiness expansion initiatives, gaining exposure to global market dynamics andcompetition.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration,Marketing, UX, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Min. 2-5 years of relevant pre-sales / consumer feedback gathering experiencein product management, technology, business analysis, or related roles.
• Able to liaise in Mandarin Chinese to manageoverseas markets and mandarin-speaking customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,with the ability to translate customer needs into product insights.
• Familiarity with product design and developmentprocesses, including agile methodologies and common project management tools.
• Excellent communication and collaborationskills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong learning agility and adaptability, withan interest in emerging technologies.
• Keen interest in international productmanagement and global markets.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness totravel once per quarter.
