Held responsible for the overall operation of the front end department including providing management and leadership to the cashiers, office clerks, and service clerks within the store. Ensure operational excellence in retail merchandising, inventory management, and customer relations. Coach and develop the team to provide superior customer service and shopping experiences through execution of strategy, customized for the local market while achieving budgeted financial results. The salary range for this position is $20.40-$26.49.
