We are a fast-growing gaming company leveraging cutting-edge machine learning to build intelligent, data-driven products enjoyed by millions of players. We’re looking for a Machine Learning Researcher to join our team in Hong Kong and help push the boundaries of applied ML research in games.
What You’ll Do
• Design, develop, and experiment with machine learning models and algorithms
• Conduct research and translate ideas into production-ready solutions
• Collaborate closely with Machine Learning Engineers to deploy and scale models
• Work on real-world ML challenges across player behavior, personalization, optimization, and more
• Stay up to date with the latest ML research and industry best practices
What We’re Looking For
• 2–10 years of solid experience in machine learning research
• (from academia, research labs, or industry)
• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, and model development
• Hands-on experience with: Python / PyTorch / TensorFlow
• Ability to move from research to practical implementation
• Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) is required
• Experience in gaming, recommender systems, or large-scale data environments is a plus
