We’re Hiring: Senior Back-End Developer (.NET/ Microservices)

We’re looking for an experienced Back-End Developer to help rebuild a secure, scalable, and modular digital platform for a major UAE public-sector organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in enterprise environments, enjoys working with microservices, and has strong experience in .NET and API-driven architectures.
About the Role
We want someone who is:
• A senior Back-End Developer with 6–8+ years of experience
• Strong in .NET Core / .NET 6+
• Experienced in designing and building microservices architectures
• Comfortable working with REST APIs and API management platforms
• Experienced with Oracle databases and PL/SQL
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and on-prem or hybrid environments
• Experienced with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Knowledgeable in secure API development (JWT, RBAC, encryption)
• Experienced in enterprise or government-scale systems
• Arabic-speaking is a strong plus
Responsibilities
• Designing, developing, and maintaining .NET microservices
• Building secure, scalable APIs and integrations
• Working closely with frontend, DevOps, and architecture teams
• Ensuring data integrity and performance with Oracle databases
• Supporting deployments in a Kubernetes-based environment
• Applying security best practices across services
• Participating in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions
• Supporting the rebuild of a mission-critical enterprise platform
