Our Client is one of the leading player in healthcare industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Cybersecurity Director to be part of their IT team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central Area - easily accessible.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop healthcare-focused security policies and frameworks, and oversee enterprise-wide risk management across group.
• Drive strategic technology decisions by evaluating and implementing advanced cybersecurity solutions.
• Lead cybersecurity governance for EMR systems, telehealth platforms, and medical device networks.
• Build strong partnerships with MOH, Synapxe, and GovTech.
• Promote a strong cybersecurity culture through organisation-wide awareness initiatives.
• Serve as the key cybersecurity advisor to executive and clinical leaders.
• Develop and lead high-performing security teams to uphold organisational cybersecurity excellence.
Requirements:
• Min Master's Degree IT, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 20 years' of Cybersecurity experience in healthcare setting
• Possess certifications in CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, CGEIT, PMP is a MUST
• Working experience in healthcare regulations including PDPA, Cybersecurity Act, and compliance frameworks
