Job Description
• Assist in administering identity solutions, IAM applications, and tools such as Active Directory, Identity Governance and Administration, and other identity applications.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support the enforcement of IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
• Participate in audits, access management process reviews, and assist in identifying control deficiencies, recommending improvements as necessary.
• Assist with the development and tracking of IAM metrics, KPIs, and reports to help measure progress and communicate performance to management.
• Support IAM tools and technologies, recommending enhancements or improvements based on organizational needs.
• Collaborate with the IAM team to implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and role-based access control (RBAC) solutions.
• Assist in the administration of user accounts, groups, and access privileges within the IAM system.
• Help resolve day-to-day IAM operational issues and escalations, ensuring timely problem resolution.
• Support the seamless integration of IAM solutions into the overall infrastructure.
• Participate in IAM-related projects, contributing to tasks such as resource coordination, timelines, and deliverables.
• Keep updated with IAM trends, tools, and technologies to improve the organization's security posture.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a related security discipline.
• Experience with IAM tools like Microsoft Azure AD, Saviynt, SailPoint, or Okta.
• Knowledge of IAM-related regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM certifications are a plus
What we offer:
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $94,000. to $98,000. and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary.
This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
