We are seeking a highly skilled
Solution Architect
with deep expertise in
Microsoft Azure
and
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
to design and deliver cutting-edge cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
cloud architecture, data platforms, and enterprise integration
, coupled with excellent
client management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
. This role requires balancing
technical leadership
with the ability to
manage client expectations, translate business needs into technical solutions
, and guide teams through successful delivery.
What you will be doing:
• Engage with clients
to understand business objectives, requirements, and pain points, and translate them into scalable cloud solutions.
• Design and architect solutions
across Azure and GCP, covering infrastructure, data, networking, security, DevOps, and application modernization.
• Develop cloud adoption roadmaps
and reference architectures aligned with best practices (e.g., Well-Architected Framework).
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives
, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and cloud-native transformations.
• Collaborate with delivery teams
(engineers, developers, data specialists) to ensure solutions are implemented as designed.
• Provide pre-sales support
by preparing solution proposals, architecture diagrams, cost estimates, and technical presentations.
• Advise clients on governance, compliance, cost optimization, and security
within Azure and GCP environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor
, managing relationships with senior client stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers
, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
Must have experience:
• Proven experience
(8+ years) in solution architecture, with a focus on
Azure and GCP ecosystems
.
• Strong knowledge of
IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
, containerization (Kubernetes, GKE/AKS), and serverless services.
• Hands-on experience with
data platforms
(BigQuery, Synapse, Databricks, Fabric, SQL DW, etc.) and
integration services
(API management, messaging, ETL/ELT).
• Solid understanding of
security, compliance, identity, and access management
in multi-cloud environments.
• Experience designing
highly available, scalable, and cost-optimized architectures
.
• Strong
client-facing experience
, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and solution workshops.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Certifications
: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect (preferred).
Nice to have:
• Experience in
multi-cloud strategy and interoperability
between Azure, GCP, and/or AWS.
• Exposure to
Data Governance, AI/ML platforms, and analytics solutions

• Knowledge of
DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
