About The Role
As a QA Automation Tester with C# Exp., you will make an impact by designing and maintaining automated test frameworks that ensure the quality and reliability of PBM web applications. You will be a valued member of our Quality Engineering team, collaborating closely with developers, analysts, and QA leads to deliver high-quality solutions.
In This Role, You Will
• Design, develop, and maintain automated UI test frameworks using C#.
• Execute regression and functional test suites across multiple environments.
• Validate data integrity through SQL queries and backend checks.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
• Strong programming skills in C# and solid understanding of OOP principles.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or similar UI automation tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL for backend validation.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit.
• Experience in Agile testing and sprint-based QA activities.
These Will Help You Stand Out
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and test management tools (e.g., ADO, Jira).
• Strong problem-solving and test design abilities.
• Knowledge of PBM, healthcare, or insurance data domains.

Salary And Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until December 12th, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $53,477 to $92,500, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
