Job Description
• Lead and participate in user and market research to generate deep product insights and inspire innovative design ideas.
• Identify and evaluate both business and user needs, and translate them into clear, logical, and user-centric UX flows through scenario mapping, pain-point analysis, and process design.
• Deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions that are well-structured, visually compelling, and aligned with product objectives.
• Independently produce complete, detail-oriented, and decision-efficient design specifications.
• Define, maintain, and evolve design patterns, visual systems, and experiential guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity across ShopeePay products.
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, researchers, and cross-functional partners across regions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product design for internet or financial products (web and/or mobile).
• Strong UX and UI capabilities, with solid visual design fundamentals.
• Familiarity with common user research methods and practical application in product decisions.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies and how design translates to implementation.
• Highly self-driven, with strong execution and product-thinking mindset.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Curious, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about building great experiences.
