What you’ll achieve
You will:
- Set the direction for a global team of over 20 developers, taking on the role of devOps Product Owner to gather requirements and translate them into a working backlog for the team
- Assume line management responsibility for devOps team members working in the Ottawa based scrum teams
- Assume functional management responsibility for devOps teams globally
- Advocate for and contribute to achieving world class devOps infrastructure for our development teams and external customers

Essential Requirements
- Proven track record of leading devOps teams from an early stage of deployment
- Focused on people, embraces openness, curiosity, collaboration, and empathy
- Organized, goal-oriented, self-starter with a team-focused mentality
- Excellent communication and motivation skills
- Expertise in Agile, CI/CD, Lean SW Development, and automation
Desirable Requirements
- 10+ years of career experience in devOps leadership or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience
