Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Salary: $180-200K base + 15% bonus + equity

The Role
In this position, you will work on fine-tuning and deploying advanced models tailored for real-time voice applications, tackling cutting-edge challenges in large language models, speech technologies, and MLOps.
Key Responsibilities
• Fine-tune and enhance large language models utilizing techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF, and more.
• Deploy models in production environments ensuring sub-second latency.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to create scalable solutions.
• Drive innovation by leveraging the latest research in conversational AI and speech technologies.
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering (beyond academic projects).
• A robust background in model fine-tuning and deployment.
• Proficiency with GPT-class models, LangChain/LangGraph, and prompt engineering.
• Bonus: Expertise in speech technologies (ASR/TTS) and MLOps experience.
