The Customer Experience (CX) Team is the face of our product offering. We are a fun and enthusiastic team focused on building elegant and accessible mobile platforms for customers. Our mission is to make the lives of small business owners easier by rewarding them with cashback, simplifying the payment of business bills, or ensuring expenses sync with accounting software.
What You'll Be Doing
• Deliver Features
• Build robust and scalable solutions using predominantly Flutter technologies
• Own the SDLC from first line of code to production, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and fellow Software Engineers
• Bridge the gap between technical language and business goals to keep everyone aligned
Requirements
• Strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem
• Experience building and deploying Android and iOS apps
• Knowledge of CodeMagic or similar CI/CD platforms
• Native mobile development in Kotlin or Swift (ideally both)
• Good testing practices (unit and integration)
