Main Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the full process of employee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
2. Interpret and implement UAE labor laws and related policies to ensure company compliance
3. Manage employee records, labor contracts, attendance, and compensation and benefits matters
4. Assist in handling employee relations and provide HR policy consultation and support
5. Coordinate with the headquarters HR department to complete related reports and coordination tasks
Qualifications
1. Over 5 years of experience in human resources, with preference for experience in the Middle East
2. Proficient in UAE labor laws and local HR practices
3. Fluent in Chinese and English communication (written and spoken)
4. Strong cross-cultural communication skills and team collaboration spirit
5. Proficient in using Office software and HR management systems
