Key Requirements:
• Strong hands-on coding skills must still be an active coder (player/coach model)
• Proficiency in C++ and C#
• Proven ability to lead and manage remote/distributed teams
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interface with both technical teams and executive leadership
• Must be comfortable working with senior developers and gaining their respect quickly, especially in environments where this leadership position hasn t existed before
• Strong architectural expertise with the ability to translate corporate vision into actionable development strategies
