Software Maintenance Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex customer problems related to Ubuntu, kernel, Ceph, OpenStack, or Kubernetes and other open source software.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for troubleshooting and fixing issues in technology used by millions across the world.
They should be able to understand and address software issues at all levels of the stack.
A key responsibility of this role is participating in upstream communities to drive bug fixes and ensure that our customers receive timely resolutions.
