Overview of the role:
To drive lead generation, test drives, and sales conversions of BYD vehicles across our retail stores and pop-up locations, while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire journey—from first contact to post-sale engagement.
What you will need:
Sales Performance
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for BYD units.
• Convert leads to test drives and successful sales through proactive customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, test drives, and sales in the CRM system.
Customer Experience
• Deliver a premium, personalized customer experience aligned with BYD brand values.
• Guide customers through the full sales journey, including product presentation, test drives, financing options, and delivery.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Operations
• Represent the BYD brand at both permanent retail stores and temporary pop-up locations.
• Ensure all display vehicles and marketing materials are presented to brand standards.
• Support store events and activations to drive footfall and engagement.
Product Knowledge
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BYD models, features, and competitive positioning.
• Educate customers on electric vehicle technology, sustainability benefits, and ownership experience.
Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, aftersales, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer handover and service.
• Provide feedback on customer insights and market trends to support continuous improvement.

What you will need:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
• Written and spoken English is a must; 2nd language (Arabic/Russian/Mandarin) is beneficial
• 4-5 years sales experience preferability in mid-luxury retail industry
• 1-2 Years supervising/leading teams
• Valid UAE Driving License
