A company is looking for a Lead of Thermal Systems & Simulation (Semiconductor).
Key Responsibilities
Define optimization strategies for thermal management using proprietary solver technology
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for chip cooling, collaborating with internal and external teams
Engage with Tier 1 semiconductor companies to address complex thermal challenges using simulation platforms
Required Qualifications
PhD or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field focused on Heat Transfer and Fluid Dynamics
8+ years of experience in thermal management for electronics, particularly with high-TDP processors or server systems
Expert-level proficiency in thermal simulation tools and understanding of physics behind them
Familiarity with AI hardware roadmaps and liquid cooling standards
