Overview
We seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to lead the entire mechanical engineering function, including system engineering, product development, and design leadership. This role owns mechanical design authority across engineered systems and custom machines and contributes to engineering strategy and product direction.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the mechanical engineering function across all engineered systems and custom machines
• Drive system-level engineering and mechanical product development initiatives
• Lead concept development, feasibility studies, and engineering evaluations
• Establish mechanical architectures, design strategies, and development roadmaps
• Develop and review mechanical designs using SolidWorks
• Own mechanical design decisions and engineering standards
• Provide senior technical support to the President & CEO
• Guide and mentor engineers and designers as the team grows
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• Experience leading mechanical design and product development
• Strong background in engineered systems or custom machines
• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks
• Strong engineering judgment and technical leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
