Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Lead Developer with strong cloud computing expertise (preferably Azure or AWS) to lead development efforts, guide a team of developers, and architect scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of .NET technologies, cloud platforms, and modern software development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET-based applications.
• Architect cloud-native solutions using Azure/AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
• Hands-on experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, etc.) or AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.).
• Proficiency in RESTful API development, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent.
