Key Skills & Responsibilities
Extensive hands-on experience in designing and developing backend systems using Node.js, Express, and Nest.js frameworks. Strong expertise with MongoDB Atlas. Proven proficiency in leveraging AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, ECS, API Gateway, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.) for backend development and deployment. Solid understanding and implementation experience of microservices architecture, including service discovery, API gateway patterns, and inter-service communication. Skilled in designing scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance backend systems. Strong experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, or similar) and test-driven development (TDD) practices. Ability to define and enforce coding standards and code review processes Experience leading small development teams and conducting technical reviews Strong analytical, problem-solving, and architectural design skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivery ownership and quality.
