As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer on our Ads team, you'll be responsible for developing and optimizing bidding algorithms and strategies across our ad delivery systems. This includes targeting, retrieval, ranking, and bidding models designed to improve monetization efficiency and overall ad ROI.
• Develop data-driven solutions to enhance attribution accuracy, delivery quality, and long-term ecosystem sustainability in real-time advertising applications.
• Design build iterate core ad prediction models like CTR (Click-Through Rate) CVR (Conversion Rate) with hands-on experience in complex scalable machine learning systems.
