Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fully manage the lifecycle of overseas corporate bank accounts, including account opening, closure, information updates, and online banking maintenance to ensure account security and compliance.
2. Follow up on bank compliance requirements, promptly handle exceptions in bank transfers, and coordinate internal and external resources to assist with bank audits and documentation requests.
3. Monitor the progress of incoming/outgoing bank transactions to ensure timely and accurate fund flows, and provide feedback to relevant business units.
4. Organize and manage bank compliance documents and business materials with clear classification and complete archiving to support audits and inspections.
5. Maintain financial data in the ERP system and generate monthly bank reconciliation statements; collaborate with the IT department on OA system process optimization and troubleshooting.
6. Efficiently complete other cross-departmental collaborations or special tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, CET-4 or higher, fluent in spoken English.
2. Experience in managing overseas bank accounts and compliance operations; familiar with international settlement processes.
3. Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong communication, coordination skills, and risk awareness.
4. Proficient in operating ERP and OA systems; capable of basic financial data processing.
5. Salary: AED 8K–10K/month + year-end bonus (negotiable based on experience).
