Key Responsibilities:
• Operate all laundry and drying equipment according to operating instructions and quality standards to ensure cleanliness and efficiency of garments.
• Sort and prepare clothes and linens according to type, color, level of dirt, and washing requirements before running machines.
• Inspect clothes after washing and drying to ensure cleanliness and quality, treating stubborn stains or re-washing when necessary.
• Clean and maintain the work area and equipment regularly, remove lint from dryers, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Fold and organize clean laundry, prepare orders for delivery, and manage inventory of supplies such as detergents and fabric softeners
Education & Experience:
• High School Diploma or Diploma in a related field.
• Fresh graduate or experienced in a related field
• Basic knowledge or internship experience in equipment operation or maintenance, preferably in laundry or sterilization systems.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems, cleaning, and drying processes.
• Awareness of occupational safety, hygiene standards, and quality requirements.
• Ability to follow operating procedures, perform basic preventive maintenance, document work, and work under supervision in a fast-paced environment
