Key Responsibilities:
• Install commercial laundry machines (washers, dryers, ironers)
• Inspect equipment to find mechanical or electrical problems
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns
• Repair or replace faulty parts (belts, motors, valves, controls)
• Test machines after repairs to ensure proper operation
• Read service manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Respond to service calls and emergencies
Skills
Education & Experience:
• High school or diploma in Mechanical field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Laundry Equipment Technician
• Ability to diagnose and repair issues in washers, dryers, and ironing machines.
• Understanding of wiring, motors, and electronic controls in laundry equipment.
• Knowledge of safe handling of electrical and mechanical components, plus chemical detergents.
