Job Brief
The incumbent will promote products and services to customers, discover new sales prospects, negotiate contracts, and maintain customer satisfaction to maximize profits.
Accountabilities:
• Adhere to Zahrawi policies and procedures as applicable.
Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify new potential customers.
• Analyze market trends to understand new products and their advantages/disadvantages.
• Plan and assist with new product releases and events.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, establishing networks, benchmarking practices, and participating in professional societies.
Business Development:
• Provide potential customers with support, information, and guidance through product demonstrations and feedback gathering.
• Follow up with new customers after demos to negotiate contracts and packages.
Ensure all contract details comply with our rules and regulations.
Marketing:
• Coordinate marketing materials development with the Marketing Department.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers through support, information, and guidance.
• Recommend new products to existing customers based on their needs and provide support, information, and guidance.
• Provide existing customers with support, information, and guidance through product demonstrations and feedback gathering.
• Assist customers in answering product-related questions professionally and promptly.
• Recommend new service improvements to further build relationships.
• Advise helpful new product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
• Negotiate contracts and packages with existing customers.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing Zahrawi standards.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving annual targets and assisting the team when needed.
Operating Theatre (Dental Clinic):
• Attend dental implant surgeries with doctors and nurses and assist with equipment issues.
Data Tracking:
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and maintaining accurate records of products sold.
Orders:
• Place orders with the concerned purchase coordinator.
• Follow up with the Procurement and Logistics team regarding product sending and timely delivery.
Invoicing:
• Coordinate with the Finance Department for proper invoicing and follow up with payment collection.
Delivery:
• Coordinate with the warehouse for timely deliveries.
Application:
• Conduct training sessions for customers.
• Assist customers with equipment usage and solve any issues they face.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: 2+ years in the Dental field (preferably within Oman)
• Skills: Background in Dental treatments, Good MS Office Skills, Good communication skills, English Language, Good presentation skills
