Job Description:
The Performance Management Specialist will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive performance management framework across corporate and station activities.
This includes reviewing the performance of the framework, recommending priority improvement plans, and ensuring consistency and accuracy of performance measurement.
Additionally, this role involves creating and maintaining governance of performance management, including KPI creation, modification, and elimination procedures.
Maintenance of KPI profile sheets for operational and corporate KPIs is also required, as well as collaboration with NPI to keep operational KPIs updated and follow procedures.
Performance-related results are shared with stakeholders, and Nawah Objectives KPIs and targets are updated annually with Objective Owners/Sponsors.
Progress of Nawah Objectives KPIs is monitored and reported quarterly to the Nawah Executive Team during Performance Review meetings.
Implementing performance monitoring, reporting, and analysis frameworks and tools to assure accurate measurement of near and long-term objectives is an essential responsibility of this position.
Change controls are implemented to keep dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs current under appropriate governance.
The role involves periodically reviewing performance management procedures and related documents.
Nawah Board of Directors material is consolidated quarterly and provided for performance meetings, and Nawah CEO Dashboard is consolidated and reviewed periodically for yearly priorities, Nawah Objectives, and KPIs.
Consolidation, alignment, monitoring, and reporting of the performance scorecards within the Nawah Executive Team is another key responsibility.
Net Performance Review meetings are facilitated and conducted quarterly, and corrective actions are monitored for underperforming KPIs.
Pre-job briefs, communications, and presentations are conducted with the C-Level across Nawah, and strategic KPIs are reported to ENEC SPME / ADQ monthly, with ad-hoc requests fulfilled.
Nawah Monthly Report is managed and monitored for accuracy and consistency of reporting.
