About the Role
We are seeking a System Architect to design and build next-generation intelligent manufacturing systems powered by AI. This role focuses on developing adaptive, agent-based, and human-centric architectures that automate reasoning, coordinate across systems, and support decision-making in manufacturing operations.
You will bridge software architecture, applied AI, and systems design to create a robust foundation for intelligent, data-driven manufacturing applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Design scalable system frameworks combining AI reasoning, automation, and user collaboration.
• Lead the design and development of agent-based frameworks enabling autonomous planning and collaboration.
• Embed intelligent assistants and copilot features to enhance operator or engineer experience.
• Develop knowledge-driven architectures connecting data, models, and insights.
• Work with AI and data teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous learning.
• Define reference architectures, data flow, and integration blueprints for connected platforms and systems.
• Translate AI research into deployable, maintainable system components.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for multi-agent orchestration and adaptive interfaces.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years in software or system architecture, with experience in AI/ML or industrial systems.
• Strong in backend development (C#, Python, or Node.js) and microservices design.
• Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiar with DevOps/MLOps and distributed systems (e.g., message queues, IoT pipelines).
• Knowledge of AI systems, reinforcement learning, or knowledge graphs is a plus.
• Understanding of industrial IoT, automation systems, or manufacturing processes is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and technical communication skills.
