- This is a unique opportunity to start as a ‘hands-on’ expert and quickly grow into a management role in a startup with the world’s attention on Task Mining.
Our hiring partner is looking for an IT Infrastructure Management and Dev Ops expert to execute/lead the deployment and maintenance of their world-leading Task Mining solution. Our hiring partner's clients include banks, insurance companies, medical, military/defence and other organizations using a variety of cloud and on-prem environments. You will be responsible for the deployment, support, documentation, secure operation, and maintenance of these diverse environments. Other duties include answering RFIs, Security Questionnaires, and SOC2 certifications.
• *Required experience**:
10+ years of experience deploying complex software solutions in remote / on-premises modes (preferably Java-based solutions):
- Administrating and configuring dockized / K8s environments (including on-premises and cloud solutions)
- Implementing and maintaining CI/CD processes and pipelines (Jenkins / Nexus / Rundeck stack, or any other similar CI/CD stack)
- Networking specialist
- Systems Administrator
- Office 365 admin
- Able to provide first-level support/and troubleshooting after sufficient training
- Excellent English skills, able to answer security-related RFP questions
- **Must be already residing in Canada.**

- Prior Software Development experience
- Cloud DevOps (Azure / AWS / Atlassian)
- Source Control / Change Management / Deployment administration (Git)
- Security - implementation and maintenance - in the following areas:
