• Contract Duration: 9 Months (Jan 2026 – Sept2026) • Working Days: Monday – Friday • Industry: Main Contractor / Construction Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary contact between project team and residents/tenants • Manage public enquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner • Examine and take immediate action for any inconvenience to the public caused by the construction works • Coordinate timely updates, notices, and communication materials to stakeholders • Support planning and execution of community engagement activities • Monitor site conditions and highlight potential public relation issues • Maintain feedback records and follow-up status for reporting • Provide general administrative support for site operations Requirements • GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-service mindset • Able to work independently in a fast-paced site environment • Experience in public relations, community engagement, or construction industry will be an advantage (not mandatory) • Proficient in Microsoft Office Maxhunt Resource Pte Ltd | EA Licence: 22C1322 Cynthia Lai | Registration No: R25146301
