Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven IT Product Manager with strong knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly in the UAE market, to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring our digital platforms remain competitive and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead product development for our website and mobile application in the real estate domain.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve and implement intuitive, impactful features.
• Monitor global and local real estate technology trends and competitors to keep our platform innovative and relevant.
• Propose and execute new feature ideas that enhance user engagement and improve performance.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from internal stakeholders and customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product delivery.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in tech or real estate platforms.
• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market; global knowledge is a plus.
• Solid technical background with the ability to work closely with developers and designers.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a passion for innovation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with PropTech platforms or agencies.
