Full Stack Web Application Developer (Banking)

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop scalable web applications using Java, ReactJS, NodeJS, SQL, Docker.
• Collaborate within a dynamic 5–6 member hybrid-agile team.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with various backend systems.
• Write developer-friendly documentation (API specs, deployment ops).
• Work with both relational (SQL, MariaDB) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Leverage scalable search tech such as ElasticSearch or Solr.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and manage large datasets efficiently.
• Utilize version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
• Prepare detailed technical specifications and participate in sprint planning.
• Automate operational processes and deploy applications across development, staging, and production environments.
What You’ll Need:
• 8–10 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6, ReactJS, Angular.
• Solid experience with React libraries like Redux.
• Strong command of Git/Bitbucket and RESTful API integration.
• Able to transform wireframes into clean, responsive, production-grade code.
• Experience in building reusable components with performance and scalability in mind.
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker) and Linux-based deployments.
• Comfortable working with open-source tools and contributing to the developer community.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
