📌 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction of products and services
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue
• Act as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, and logistics teams to meet client expectations
• Negotiate contract renewals and pricing agreements
• Plan and implement new product launches
• Lead and manage a team of merchandisers to ensure effective operations
• Analyse competitor activity and market trends to maintain competitive advantage
• Track KPIs and account metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement
• Prepare regular reports on sales progress and forecasts
✅ Job Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• 3 years experience in Modern Trade, proven experience in key account management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and multitasking skills
• Ability to build rapport with key clients and manage multiple accounts
🚗 Additional Information
• Transport Allowance provided; fixed if you have your own vehicle, reimbursed otherwise
• Must have Modern Trade experience
