Skills • At least 2 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in the mid-market segment. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas with deal sizes of \(50K-\)150K ACV. • Expertise in sales methodologies like Sandler, Challenger, and MEDDIC. • Ideally, experience selling martech solutions to e-commerce or DTC brands. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a proactive approach. • Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced environment. • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Responsibilities • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the mid-market segment. • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CMOs and VPs of Marketing. • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas (ACV: \(50K-\)150K; 60-90 day sales cycle). • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic outreach and lead management. • Conduct discovery calls, deliver personalized product demos, and craft compelling business cases. • Navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes and lead contract negotiations. • Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to refine sales strategies. • Represent the brand at industry events and conferences. • Provide market insights and customer feedback to leadership for continuous improvement.
