Your Role
We are seeking fluent English speakers to lend their expertise in the training and fine-tuning of state-of-the-art AI systems.
• Adopt a user-centric perspective to create realistic, natural data reflective of genuine user interactions with AI.
• Utilize structured rubrics to address user needs methodically.
• Evaluate AI outputs by reviewing and ranking reasoning and problem-solving responses generated by large language models.
• Contribute to various projects based on your unique skill set and experience.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (or current enrollment is acceptable).
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of crafting sophisticated, professional-level prompts and assessing nuanced AI reasoning.
• Strong Writing Skills: Ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging text to justify decisions or critique responses.
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to precision and the ability to evaluate the technical aspects of model outputs.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in areas such as literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, or theology.
• Previous writing or editorial work (e.g., content strategist, technical writer, editor).
• A keen interest or background in AI, machine learning, or creative technological tools.
Compensation and Benefits
Earn up to $15 USD/hr, with payments issued weekly. Compensation rates depend on factors such as quality, accuracy, and time committed.

Experience a flexible schedule with no mandatory commitments. There are no contracts or fixed hours; you control your own time. Most contributors work between 5 to 10 hours per week, with opportunities to expand up to 40 hours per week from the comfort of your home.
