RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of testers by providing guidance, mentorship, and leveraging your team lead experience to drive excellence and deliver results
- Review User Stories, artifacts, and proposed solutions to ensure they align with the end user requirements, providing valuable feedback to enhance the quality of the software
- Collaborate with the development team to gather test data and define comprehensive test scenarios, assisting in proof-of-concept activities to validate the proposed solutions
- Ensure that all test artifacts are peer-reviewed, and the test coverage is effective, obtaining approval from business stakeholders
- Independently manage and coordinate testing activities, including test planning, execution, and reporting, while ensuring adherence to timelines and project milestones
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, proactively engaging with other teams to manage testing cycles and effectively address and resolve reported defects
• *REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in Functional Testing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
- Strong leadership skills and previous experience as a team lead is a must
- Excellent understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to gather test data and define comprehensive test scenarios

ADDITIONAL
- You will be working on site, from our client's office in Doha
- The working schedule is 5 days a week, from Sunday to Thursday (In Qatar, weekend is Friday to Saturday)
- Formal business attire is required
