• Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate design, installation, maintenance practices, and performance of mechanical systems.
• Analyze mechanical failures, defects, and damages with scientific rigor.
• Assess damage severity and provide expert guidance on repair/restoration options.
• Contribute engineering design expertise for system remediation and improvements.
• Review codes, standards, regulations, contracts, and technical documentation.
• Offer technical advisory support for insurance, legal, regulatory, and risk-related matters.
• Develop detailed engineering reports that showcase findings and recommendations.
• Act as an expert witness when required, translating technical insights into clear, defensible testimony.
