We are seeking a skilled Architectural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design and project management, with experience in ramp drawing and bathroom designs.
• Lead the architectural design and development of accessible ramp and bathroom designs for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution from concept to completion.
• Create detailed design drawings, specifications, and layouts for bathrooms and ramps, adhering to building codes and safety standards.
• Provide guidance on the integration of functional and aesthetic design elements.
• Participate in project planning, cost estimation, and timeline management.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity.
• Review and revise designs based on stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.
• Proven expertise in ramp drawing, accessibility standards, and bathroom design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
