This Position reports to: Talent Acquisition Team Lead (MEA) Your Role The Talent Acquisition partner will play a vital role in the Talent Acquisition function, partnering with the business and HR leaders to provide technical expertise and solutions to current and future challenges. The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to the Talent Acquisition Function based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. You will be mainly accountable for: • Leading and executing the end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition strategy across assigned functions and geographies, ensuring alignment with group policies, processes, and strategic direction. • Acting as a trusted advisor and speaking partner to business stakeholders, providing guidance on TA strategy, policies, processes, and market best practices. • Driving continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and service delivery, including contribution to functional design projects and pilots. • Developing and implementing country/cluster‑specific Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and local relevance. • Overseeing service delivery performance in line with SLAs, managing vendor relationships, and monitors quality, cost, and efficiency at cluster/country level. • Owning financial planning and budget management for Talent Acquisition, sharing insights and best practices to inform group program and process enhancements. What it takes to Run what runs the world • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any stream • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in full recruitment life cycle including job brief, developing souring/marketing plan, candidate outreach and development, offer and close. • Knowledge of business environment and structure and desire to keep up to date regarding business and industry trends and implications. • Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies, techniques, and platforms, including the use of digital and social media. • Strong end-to-end process thinking with experience in managing multiple projects. • Proven ability to lead, consult, and influence others while maintaining a focus on customer service. • Self-driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs. • Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus.
