The Role
We are hiring a Junior Program Manager to coordinate Agile software delivery for a major U.S. retail client. This is a hands-on execution role focused on Agile delivery processes, internal team coordination, and direct client communication.
You will be embedded with a single client account for the first 12–18 months, with opportunities to expand into other projects or accounts afterward.
This role is ideal for candidates with junior-level experience in Agile delivery—such as Junior PMs, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, or Product Owners—who are highly organized, execution-focused, and confident in professional client interactions.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Track delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups
• Support backlog grooming and sprint planning with Product Owners
• Coordinate across software engineers, QA, and tech leads
• Maintain Jira and Confluence with accurate, real-time delivery data
• Prepare and deliver internal and client-facing status reports
• Escalate blockers or risks early to senior delivery leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5–8 years of experience in digital or IT project environments
• Background in junior-level roles such as Project Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Product Owner
• Clear, professional, and confident communicator
• Comfortable working directly with clients in a polished, high-touch environment
• Strong familiarity with software development and digital delivery teams
• Jira and Confluence required;
Salesforce a plus
• Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus, but not required
• Experience in the retail or luxury space is helpful but not mandatory
Work Model
• Hybrid:
Minimum 2 days per week onsite in Flatiron District (Manhattan)
• More frequent in-office presence is welcome and encouraged

Afternoon: Project tracking, client meetings, delivery follow-ups, planning
