Location: Fully Remote (with London Office Access).
Compensation: £28,000 - £35,000 + Performance Based Bonuses

. We are looking for a developer who takes pride in their work and understands the "startup rhythm." We don’t watch the clock, but we do expect our team to be all-in when a project deadline is approaching.
What You’ll Do
• Frontend Ownership:
Build out web dashboards and data visualization tools using React.
• UI/UX Design:
Take the lead on making our interfaces intuitive and visually appealing.
• Product Growth:
Work directly with our Senior Architect to connect your frontend to our AI-driven backends.
• Deadline Reliability:
Show up for the team during critical release windows to ensure we deliver high-quality code on time.
Who You Are
• React Enthusiast: 1-2 years of experience (personal projects, freelance, or internships). A strong portfolio is essential.
• Design-Minded:
You care about UI/UX and want to build interfaces people love.
• Professional Maturity:
You can manage your own time. You are comfortable working shorter days during quiet weeks, provided you are available to step up and go the extra mile during project launches.
• Self-Starter:
You find solutions independently and don t require constant hand-holding.
