Job Responsibilities:
• Gradually develop expertise in analyzing and understanding product lines, including their applications and production procedures over time.
• Support quality assessments to ensure high standards are consistently maintained, with structured training and mentorship.
• Assist in researching and identifying top-tier suppliers and manufacturers, gradually building technical knowledge and professional networks.
• Collaborate with the technical team to enhance and innovate product development, with the objective of growing into a key technical advisor within three years.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience is ideal; however, strong potential and a demonstrated willingness to learn and grow are highly valued.
• A genuine passion for chemistry, with eagerness to explore technical details and continuously expand product knowledge.
• Strong research skills and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to continuous professional growth.
• Native or near-native English proficiency is essential, as the role requires frequent communication with international teams, senior management, and key external partners.
• Enthusiastic about chemistry and dedicated to deepening technical expertise over time.
• Open to training and gradually taking on increased responsibilities as they grow within the company.
• Given the sensitive nature of product formulations and intellectual property, preference may be given to candidates who can work closely with management in a trusted, long-term capacity.
• Strong cultural fit with the ability to thrive in an international and collaborative work environment.
