Position: Tech Lead – Full Stack (React.js / Node.js / GraphQL) - TI280725
We are seeking a highly experienced
Tech Leadwith a strong background infull-stack development, micro-frontend architecture, and cloud-native solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader passionate about creating scalable, high-performance web applications while mentoring and guiding development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Leadership:
Lead the design and implementation of complex full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, and Graph
QL.
• Architecture & Design:
Architect scalable micro-frontend systems and backend microservices to ensure modularity, performance, and maintainability.
• CI/CD & Dev Ops:
Develop and maintain efficient Git Hub Actions workflows, manage deployments on GCP/Kubernetes, and drive Dev Ops best practices.
• Custom Tools & Libraries:
Build reusable Node.js packages and internal developer tools to enhance team productivity and enforce consistency.
• Team Management:
Mentor developers across multiple time zones, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards and agile processes.
• Collaboration & Delivery:
Work cross-functionally with product owners, designers, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Performance & Monitoring:
Ensure ongoing system reliability, monitoring application health, and proactively addressing bottlenecks or errors.
Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of software development experience with a proven track record in full-stack development.
• Deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, Graph
QL, and REST APIs.
• Experience implementing and maintaining micro-frontend architectures.
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, especially using Git Hub Actions.
• Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments.
• Strong testing background with tools like Jest, React Testing Library, and automated workflows.
• Familiarity with performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization techniques.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, conducting architectural reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
Preferred Experience:
• Exposure to SEO strategies, PWA development, and internal ad platforms.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
