DevOps Product Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced DevOps Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of systems that elevate the customer experience.
In your role as a Product Manager for our SaaS platform, you will collaborate with a vibrant team of Product Managers, playing a pivotal role in the expansion and refinement of our software offerings. Your leadership will be instrumental in defining the customer journey, from acquiring new users to fostering growth through product-oriented initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Formulate the strategic direction for our SaaS products, emphasizing customer satisfaction and growth.
• Engage collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Designers to facilitate cohesive product development.
• Innovate and implement new product solutions that align with both business objectives and customer requirements.
• Maintain a well-defined product roadmap that reconciles with our strategic priorities.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics, assessing the impact of your team’s contributions on success.
• Actively contribute to the evolution of our overarching product strategy and vision.
• Develop persuasive sales presentations for product offerings that highlight their value and innovation.
Required Skills
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably with B2B or B2C SaaS products; experience with web applications is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a talent for engaging effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven expertise in growth-centric product teams, with a track record of achieving measurable business results.
• Practical experience conducting A/B tests; familiarity with Optimizely is a plus.
• Strong analytical capabilities paired with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating effectively across product teams and departmental boundaries.
