Role Description
This is a contract role for a Java Tech Lead located on-site in Jersey City, NJ. The Java Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. The role involves leading a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. Additional responsibilities include monitoring application performance, resolving issues, and ensuring the security of software systems.
Qualifications
Proficient in Software Development and Programming, particularly with Java and related frameworksKnowledge of Databases and experience in creating, querying, and optimizing database systemsUnderstanding of Cybersecurity and Network Security best practicesStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience with Agile methodologies is an advantageStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
