Title: Java Solutions Architect – (Java to AWS cloud migration)
Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite)
Duration: 3-6 months CTH
Rate: $60-$65 on W2 $75-$80 On CTC

Role Requirements:
• Proven experience guiding multiple agile development teams and establishing architecture runways.
• Strong background in software engineering.
• Comprehensive understanding of business, corporate strategy, processes, enabling technologies, and architectural governance.
• Ability to provide guidance, estimates, and task definitions to team members.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Skills:
• 6+ years performing solution design & system integration.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages like Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, bash scripts, and Groovy, with a focus on full-stack development.
• Mastery of Domain Driven Design and microservice architecture, including REST API design, Event-driven architecture, Service Oriented Architecture, C4 Modeling, containerized workloads (e.g., Docker), and database design.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS (preferred) or AngularJS, and modern Java.
• Skilled in cloud-native architecture and design in AWS.
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture using AWS SQS/SNS, Kafka, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Agile methodologies like Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, XP, or Kanban.
• Salesforce integration experience is helpful.
Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline with 12+ years of total IT experience OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline with 10+ years of total IT experience.
• Insurance Industry knowledge.
