Job Summary – Module Lead
We are seeking a skilled Server-Side Developer todesign, build, and maintain scalable backend systems that power ourapplications. You will collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, andproduct teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage robust server-side logic, databases, and background processes.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Write clean, testable, and efficient code using modern backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring Boot).
Work closely with DevOps to automate deployments and monitor server health.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to system architecture decisions.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
Required Skills and Experience
6-8 years of hands-on backend development experience.
Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages: Java, Python.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Proficient in working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Solid understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
Familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and handlemultiple tasks simultaneously.
