Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 8–10 years of hands-on development experience in building enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Java/Spring Boot, experience with API development and microservices, and working knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB. This role requires the ability to lead technical teams, contribute to architectural direction, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, large-scale enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Architecture
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
Implement scalable full‑stack solutions including UI development with Angular (14+).
Apply software design patterns and adhere to architectural standards.
Ensure proper implementation of SDLC practices and Agile methodologies.
Analyze, evaluate, and guide technical solutions for enhancements, fixes, and infrastructure changes.
Set technical strategy for the product and influence overall architectural direction.
Explore emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve system performance.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor multiple technical teams, ensuring alignment with development best practices.
Communicate design goals and guide developers across backend, frontend, and integration components.
Work with vendors, internal infrastructure teams, and business partners on platform updates, currency upgrades, and remediation of audit findings.
Support lower-environment setup and assist with technical troubleshooting across application and downstream systems.
Operational Support & Compliance
Maintain and document data flows, process flows, and infrastructure diagrams.
Manage artifact repositories for audit and compliance requirements.
Coordinate digital certificate renewals across environments.
Log and track issues in vendor ticketing systems as needed.
Ensure solutions comply with organizational security controls and industry standards.
Essential Skills
Strong expertise in Java, Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL technologies.
Hands-on experience implementing RESTful APIs.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks, and modern development practices.
Experience with Git-based repositories (GitHub/Bitbucket), JIRA, Confluence, and IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse).
Desirable / Good-to-Have Skills
Full‑Stack & Frontend
7+ years of experience in developing and maintaining Angular (14+) and Java-based applications.
Experience with ReactJS, AngularJS, and other UI frameworks.

Education
Undergraduate Degree, Technical Certificate, or equivalent practical experience.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour
